Am I fat?

my mom and dad and people at school call me fat like im big all over but m body decides to store fat mainly in my belly so naturally i have a bit of a belly im also depressed from my mom and dad calling me things i wouldnt call my worst enemies and bullies i have a hard time controlling my appetite so i overeat a lot...am i fat? im 15 5'3 and weigh 150 pounds

I struggle with my weight to I’m 14 5’7 and I weigh 215 pounds. I have been trying to be active and eat right but nothing is happening 😕
