Why do I look like this...

Guys I’ve done everything. I’ve been working out, eating SUPER well. And now I literally look pregnant :-((( why does my body do this and now I’m convinced I’m pregnant

Your body is supposed to do that. Women even with great muscle tone often have that little bump because it’s space for if you do have babies. It’s an evolutionary thing. You don’t look pregnant. If anything you look extremely skinny.

You are very thin in my eyes, but I know how it is to look in the mirror and see what you think is just fat. Do you think it could just be that you suffer from body dysmorphia? I did and I had an eating disorder that I still struggle with today. It kinda warps how you see yourself
