sciatic nerve pain
I had a b12 shot last week, and I think the lady hit a nerve or something because im in some lower back pain.it starts on the top of right butt cheek & shoots all the way down my left to ankle. how can I relieve this pain.it's been 3 long days.I've been taking It slow can't make any sudden movements
