Okay what’s going on please !!!
I think I’m starting to become lactose intolerant, but why?? Can that happen?? Or is it another thing??
Im 17 and I constantly feel sick or everyday my stomach just hurts or annoys me, and so this is what i normally eat, fruit in the morning, like blackberries and raspberries, school lunch is usually just a cheese string and dinner is whatever my parents make, but last night, my mom made cream of mushrooms and it had cream, and I got SO BLOATED, and now I woke up and my stomach keeps making noises, like SO LOUD!!! And I feel bloated and big. I also don’t do dairy that much, apart from the cheese string that sometime I feel sick after eating but I think is because I don’t eat a lot and when I eat it it just hurts because of that, and I drink almond milk. Can it also be because I’m guilty of eating like lots and lots and LOTS of nuts 😬 like I’ll eat handfuls and handfuls of cashews and peanuts and almonds in one sitting, like every single day, which I’m trying to stop.
Could it be the dairy or the nuts?
Cause right now is 6:46 am and I need to get ready for school but my stomach is making such loud noises I’m embarrassed to go to school 😭😭😭
