Choking on spit up hours later?

Last night I nursed my daughter around 2am for 13 mins.

This morning around 7am I go in to grab her cause she is fussing and notice she is all wet and is struggling to get something up.

So I put her on my shoulder and liquid just runs down my back and she immediately falls back asleep, almost in relief.

Her sheets are covered with spit up and drool, as well as her sleep sack.

Is that normal to spit up hours later? This makes me so nervous because she was clearly struggling to get all the fluid out 😰
