Anyone can relate ???

My last period was 1/24/18-1/31/18. I was cramping and with smallblood clots. I was going to doctor office for some blood done for my levels.. nurses would call and say that my levels are rising, (im pregnant) . This week i started bleeding with cramps and its like with mucous and small blood clots. This week i turned 5weeks pregnant. I have a prenatal visit next week.. for ultrasound. Im scared and netvous, confuse bcuz im pregnant and since Jan 24, that my period started its been crazy, on and off bleeding and spotting. Can anyone relate to this on having period while pregnant? Or have spotting/ bleeding on and off?? I cant wait for my doctor visit next week and see what they say.. :-/.
