‼️Pre seed?? With endometriosis??‼️

Has anyone with stage two endometriosis tried the pre seed lube to help them get pregnant? If so did it actually help you conceive or is it a waste? My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for two years. I already have a 5 year old daughter but trying for baby number two, I’ve heard people say pre seed helps and my husband is dying to try it to see if it actually works. Any advice on trying to get pregnant with this stupid disease will be greatly appreciated! I got diagnosed with it four years ago!!
