Pregnancy after miscarriage

Jamie

I had a miscarriage last year. It was a anembryonic pregnancy. (An embryo never formed) It’s the most common type of miscarriage. Usually it happens around 6 weeks and many don’t know they are pregnant. I was 13 weeks went in for my first appointment and they didn’t find an embryo on the ultrasound.

We did a d/c and they told us that we could try again. It’s been almost a year and I might be pregnant. I am almost scared to test. I am supposed to start my period this weekend. Don’t know if I want to test before or wait and see if I’m late.
