Has anyone used "The Stork" before and got pregnant??

Hey TTC ladies, I'm thinking about buying one of these but wanted to see if anyone has had any luck before I waste my time and money.? my hubby and I are going on 5 years TTC! I'm desperate.

We have been using pree seed for the last 2 years and nothing 😔 my doctor thinks IUI is the next step for us but I wanted to give the Stork a try first before we dropped all that money .  .
