What could it be ?

okay so me and my boyfriend had sex multiple times throughout the week the ovia said i was fertile and even glow and also on my ovulation day but sometimes my periods can be irregular for like the past 5 days ive had slight cramps on my lower left belly and they come and go and my boobs are sensitive than normal & also ive had a veryyyyy bad cold that uve been to the hopsital twice about because i seriously thought it was the start of the flu or strep and they told me it was a viral infection what fo yall think could be going on i still have like a week or so before my next period .
