13 Day Bleeding and counting.

So I am on my 13th day of my period? I'm not really sure if its period. it all started though intercourse and then started bleeding. I was off the pill for two weeks. I forgot to get more birth control in time. then went on again started through what happened a week before starting the blue pill, so a week earlier than my period. it's been light, brownish in color, and seems to only bleed when I have a tampon on and not when I wear a pad/liner. I've had horrible cramps. I just don't know what's happening and I'm about to have this going on for 2 weeks now and don't want to have to continue to 3 weeks. anything can help because its hard to see a doctor with the availability.
