Vasectomy or tubes tied?

So my so and I decided this is gonna be our last baby but he doesn’t want to get a vasectomy and idk why but I didn’t want to have to get my tubes tied unless it was absolutely necessary because I would be giving birth to two babies in an 18 month period..I don’t know what to do what did y’all decide to do? Is one easier than the other am I being selfish?

A vasectomy is a minor surgery. They are out the same day walking around. Getting tubes tied is considered major surgery. You would be in recovery longer. Men need to man up. You carried babies!

My husband willingly wants to do the vasectomy because his paw had it done and his brother is doing it and we aren’t having anymore so I’m glad because I was not about to offer to get my tubes tied I think vasectomy is better because they are in and out

I just got my tubes tied and i regret it. it was right after birth and i wasn't able to do much which got to me. I couldn't breastfeed because of the pain meds and couldn't help with my other kids because i couldn't pick them up or really bend for a week or so. And then the incision got infected which my doctor said is a lot more common than people think. And even though I know I don't want any more kids, biologically anyway, it still upsets me that I can't go and get pregnant naturally. I wish my husband would have got a vasectomy.
