Scared, post HSG

Long story short, I recently had an HSG and my fallopian tubes checked at the doctor’s office. Others than possible endometriosis, everything was clear. BD-ed pre and on ovulation days. I tested negative 7 days post ovulation, where I couldn’t resist testing bc I’m a dummy. Now, I am four days late for my period and I am terrified of testing. I have never missed or skipped period. My question is, does the HSG affect menstruation patterns? Also, I could definitely use a little support so that I’m not such a scared baby and finally test.
