Canceling my birthday?

Sooo my hubby was going to surprise me with a birthday party this weekend I say was cause he ended up telling me so it’s not a surprised no more lol. Well I was thinking of telling him not to do anything because everyone has been sick lately. One of my sister in law is recently sick and my other sister in laws two kids are also sick. I have a toddler 1yr 6MO and a newborn of 2 weeks. I really don’t want them sick at this point neither my hubby or I . I have really tried to prevent this ahhh idk what to do ? Any options?
