Wanting to know if these are signs of flu, food poisoning or just normal pregnancy symptoms. I have a 1 year old and was never sick with her so that's why I'm asking. 2 days ago I made some chicken stir fry and my fiance and I both ate it within those 2 days. he had some last night too when he was at work. I haven't been to the doctor to confirm that I am pregnant (go on Monday) but I have taken 6 at home tests and all were positive with a missed period and other symptoms. All day yesterday and through the entire night to this morning I couldn't sleep, having hot flashes, feel like I need to vomit (I did once) diarrhea, and feel very weak now this morning. My fiance wakes up 2 hours after I vomit and he's vomiting now! he thinks it's food poisoning. any ideas?
