Protein powders while breastfeeding
Hello ladies!! So I’m 5 months PP and starting back on my workout routine. I want to start drinking protein shakes again. So my question is have anyone substitute a meal with a protein shake while breastfeeding and If so what brand of protein powder do you use or recommend?
