Rash on mouth
Does anyone know what this is and how to treat it? I’ve exfoliated and it didn’t go away. I’m 37 weeks pregnant. I noticed maybe a month ago. It hasnt gotten any bigger. It’s almost like a rash. Very dry and flaky, and red. Hasnt spread.
