So many signs...???

Me and my boyfriend have been TTC for a year now and this month has just been weird for me all this baby stuff just some how keeps coming up I keep dreaming of it one night my hands go on my belly and I didn’t realize it and I just keep thinking that I might actually be pregnant this time and then last night I had a dream that I got a positive pregnancy test...has that happen to anyone and they ended up actually being pregnant...?? I have been praying so hard about this and praying god will answer my prayers...tell me y’all’s signs you’ve got before you found out you were pregnant...and Baby Dust to those still trying...
