Allergy medications?!

It seems that the spring air has started this week and my body is suffering. I have a runny nose, puffy eyes, ear aches, sore throat, everything that comes with the great spring pollen. For anyone else who gets this what helps? I’m so tired of it and I want to take something that actually helps! Any good tips or meds I can take?

I think i have tried all the otc ones...
Benadryl is for mild alergic reactions and doesn't help much for seasonal allergies and causes drowsiness 
Clareatin (sorry for the spelling) works well but not for 24 hrs so get the 12hr if you can, and takes 24 hrs to work so if you miss a day you have to put up with allergies. 
Alegra works well for mild allergirs, larger pill than the others. 
Zertec works the best but is expensive. 
My favorite right now is rhinocort (generic) its a nasil spray you can take once or twice a day depending on what you need, and it works instantly.
