Period or??? 🤔

So I haven’t got my period, it’s 20 days late & I’ve never had a late period since I got my first one when I was 12( I’m 17 now btw) but I’m not pregnant bc I’m still a virgin. About 3 hours ago I got up to use the restroom & when I wiped I saw blood & I looked in the toilet & there was so much blood, I thought I started my period but now I checked my pad again & there’s no blood at all, I’m so confused. Does anyone know what this could be?? I have no pain at all & I know I didn’t wipe too hard so idk what it could possibly be
