pregnant with #2 a little worried

Hi all, so i have a 16 month old who was born at 29w3d in 2016 due to an incifficent placenta and borderline preeclampsia. I do believe i am about 5 weeks pregnant. so still very early days. but I was really just wanting to seek out if any mummys that have had incifficent placenta go on to have a healthly full pregnancy with their 2nd. and see if you did anything different the second time around. your comments will definitely ease my mind 😊
