I’m at a loss of what to do

For the last two weeks my daughter has almost daily been too busy and going to the bathroom in her pants... she’s 4 in a half and been potty trained since 1. I’ve tried taking things away I’ve tried letting her sit in it.. she just doesn’t care!! Any help would be great as nothing is working for us!
