weird discharge?

so lately (for the past three or four days), i've been having a lot more white, tacky discharge coming out than usual. usually in

one day, i get a little bit of it but now it's kind of like feeling a blood clot when you're on your period? i don't really know how to describe it i hope you understand. but anyways, i've been eating like shit lately because i'm eating my feelings and i feel like that could be part of it but does anyone know anything else about this? i'm not really worried it's just weird and grossed me out
