im on 5dpo but i feel like im going crazy right now 6 months ttc, and all i find myself doing is looking ag TtC forums all day even at work and i feel like i need to relax and i try but i cant . i feel this rush or pressure in my chest i just dont know how to relieve it. some months i was okay but i cant right now today i know i sound crazy
