Need advice

So in 2014 I got pregnant 🤰 and I didn’t know until six months because I had spotting true out the preagnancy the only symptom that I had was heartburn so story short I had my little girl in thanksgiving because I had a fever and it was really high and she got pneumonia... my entire period before that was irregular and know that I moved to Florida I went to the obgyn and I told her that I wanted to try for baby number 2 and she gave something to regular my cycles and then gave birth control so last year I gave them up and I was having period every month...so this month I had true 9-11 pink spotting and I took a preagnancy test and I was negative 👎 I am now 12 days late And I had made a lot of pregnancy test but all negative I’m going crazy 😜 .....
