Having left pelvic pain, only CD 7.

So, I’m on CD 7 and this morning when I get off of work and I’m driving home I feel like a sharp pain in my left pelvic area (not sure if it was my ovary because we just started ttc, and I’m leaning more to be in tune with my body). It would come and go but stays pretty consistent. I took and opk this morning and nothing showed up but the control line. Could it be the start of my ovulation? Like the egg getting itself mature?

Anyone else go thru this, this early in the cycle?
