earliest symptoms?

What are the earliest earliest symptoms? do you think you can feel anything at 4 to 5 dpo? is it too soon to feel period symptoms? I'm approx 10 days from AF. I normally don't cramp until aunt flow is already making an appearance and not much before besides being crabby and sore nipples. I'm 5 dpo and last night for a good while I felt twinges in my tummy, lower and on the right and left sides that I've never ever noticed before. Like pinching, pulling and tapping. I also felt a tapping in the area I normally feel cramps, down in your pelvic area and the slightest throbbing in my vag. I'm probably being overly conscious. I really thought it would take longer than 1 month to see AF after 6 years on the pill. Has or is anyone feeling symptoms at 4 to 5 dpo? did you end up being preg after feeling similarly? I want to test now😕
