Is it possible to still ovulate without a LH surge on a OPK?

I'm still experiencing EW CM as well as ovulation pain/cramping.

I used a fertility monitor and it never gave a peak reading yet here I am going on 18 weeks of pregnancy.

u may bot have caught the surge on opk,urine may have been too diluted,not long enough pee holds etc,lots of reasons

I have a higher level of LH in my system for my whole cycle yet I never ovulate so I always get darker lines. Same as you can have a period and not ovulate and you ovulate and not have a period. Bodies are just odd

Same thing I ovulate late month but my LH test had never2  line same ??? This month to I see 2 line but not same colour
