Lying about the # of people I’ve been with?

Is it wrong to lie to someone about how many people I’ve been with? (If they ask, which they usually do.) I’ve been with 3 people, but the third person and me had a mutual agreement to not tell a single person, and so that’s what we’re doing. No one knows except me and him. So if someone asks me, is is it wrong to say I’ve only been with 2 people? I’m clean and he was too.

It’s wrong for people to put such an emphasis on how many people you’ve been with. Honestly if you think that number would bother someone, you shouldn’t be with them. Never waste your time with someone who allows your past choices to influence how they see you now

I would think that agreement would mean not saying who you were with, not just pretending you've never been with anyone else period. But also...who cares? unless you want to tell people there's a third, you don't have to.

depending on who it was, for me if my Fiance had sex with someone who is always around and in my face like a mutual friend or my sister I would be more upset that they didn't tell me from the beginning. Me & my Fiance both asked about each other's sex history, I don't think it's wrong to want to know 🤷

Having an agreement to not tell people you slept together doesn't mean you have to delete a person from your sex life, it just means you don't tell people you slept with him specifically. I'm all about being honest about my sexual history because the only people that should be asking are people you are having sex with and you should be honest with them
