I'm not making heads or tails of this 🙄

met a guy on tinder, his replies after a while became just really few and far in between to the point he didn't answer for over a day. I figure he's not interested then unmatch him. he then must've seen my profile on plenty of fish and say basically he's sorry that his replies are so bad, some people in the past apparently had the same issue so we chat for a bit on here but same problem again! and the thing with POF is you can see when someone reads your message and it's online. so he'd read my message, come online but not answer until midnight. I got fed up with this. earlier said I'm deleting my account soon (not because of him just sick of apps) he says if it's because of him/if I'm not interested just say so I say it's not then offer my Snapchat. he reads it again (like he always does) comes on and offline throughout the day but didn't reply. I just had to deal with some stressful work stuff so I flipped my lid and said never mind I can take a hint and you've given me nothing but hints you ain't interested. I block him so I don't give in and message him again. he then makes a new account to explain that he is interested and sorry if it came across any other way but he gets low self esteem that makes him think people aren't interested. okay the fact that he made a new account is kinda sweet so I give him my username for Snapchat but guess what??? he reads and comes on and offline again! I really can't be messed around all the time it's shit. I think he's into me then just ignores me? I know I'm overreacting but do you think I should just give it up? seems like a lot of hassle 🙄
