d&c and body is sore??

I had a D&C; Friday at 10 weeks but didn't make it past 6. I've had one prior miscarriage which I passed naturally. here's my question, I felt fine after the procedure just groggy sure throat but yesterday which was the day after the procedure I felt like a freaken bus hit me. my neck, and shoulders are COMPLETELY stiff, my lower back hurts and I feel like I did a million sit ups. Is this normal? I'm suppose to be back at work tomorrow but idk feeling like this. is this normal?? thanks. Oh and my throat is completely jacked up. they bruised it pretty bad. it looks red in the pic but it's actually purple. UGH. thank you ladies.
