Weight loss motivation/tips
So this is what I looked like 2 years ago when I met my fiancé, I was 115lbs

This is what I look like now at 155lbs


So I know I’m not massive but I’m very unhappy with the way I am now as I feel sluggish and heavy and just want to be healthier. Even my SO said he thinks it’s time I lose a bit of weight which wasn’t insulting at all because it’s true. I don’t focus on weight just how I feel so I need some motivation to sort myself out. I don’t really like salad so I’ve tried to eat a lot of veg with my meals. I work 45 hours a week so between that and housework and studying I find plenty of excuses to not workout. I just need a kick up the arse to be honest and I keep putting it off.
Anyone got any tips or any key changes they made to their weekly routine to make things happen? Please help
