Silent reflux?

Has anyone noticed changes in there babies reflux. My son started getting so much better when he hit 3 months but in the last week in half it’s gotten so much worse. I don’t know why. It hurts to burp again, struggling to even burp at all, having a hard time eating, hates being laid on his belly, gasping all over again, coughing and wheezing again he sleeps in a rock n play and that doesn’t even help anymore he’s up all night from his reflux. I haven’t changed anything in his diet at all. Has anyone gone through this ??
