TMI but please help x

Ok so I know this is like tmi but I need to see if it has happened anyone before, I went for a number 2 (poop) and when I usually wipe a little bit of blood goes on the tissue but I usually ignore it but today when I wiped a lot of blood came out and 2 small clots, when I saw the clots it really worried me, has this happened to anyone? Anyone’s help would be really appreciated, I’m too embarisied to go to my doctor cause I live in a small area and it’s just too awkward 😬
