vaginal chaffing??

Okay so last week I had sex w this guy I really didn’t want to but I was drunk and I thought he would get mad at me if I said no and so we ended up having sex but I wasn’t nearly wet enough and now my vagina is itchy and it looks a tad bit red we used a condom the entire time but I’m scared!! Can someone tell me if this is normal and why it has lasted a week ): I’m just nervous bc I don’t want an std or anything
