Long but I need advice😩

Guy “friend” hits me up and talks to be for about a week before he asks for sex. He’ll say stuff like “I wanna get laid” or “I need pussy” not directly asking but you know hinting around. We’ve had sex multiple times and every time he ignores me for 1-2 weeks afterward. Plus I never get off with him he sex it’s just kinda of blah. Should I tell him I just want to be friends again OR just break the tie with this guy all together.?

Do you think he has feelings for me? Why does he keep picking on me when there’s plenty of other girls emotions to play with?
