Please help me out

I’m at 8 weeks postpartum. I only breastfed the first day in the hospital and then stopped. I’ve done everything to dry up my milk supply. 8 weeks later I can squeeze my boobs together and milk come pouring out. What can I do to make it stop?! I still leaking every night all over my shirts. Please help a girl out.
