Sleep regression tips? Help!
Anyone have any tips on how to help with the 4 month sleep regression? My son is up every 1 hour through out the night. He goes to bed around 7-7:30 and from that point on I have to rock him every hour to hour in half. I’m getting no sleep. I have him on a really good schedule. Up at 8am down by 9:30am up again 11-11:30am down by 1pm up again at 3-3:30pm and up no later then 5-6pm takes a bath tops him off and in bed no later then 7:30pm. I can’t put him to bed any later. I’ve tried but he gets way too cranky.
