Hi.

All my life i have been struggling with my body because i never felt good in it. So i started a diet that included only protein and sometimes veggies and nuts. And 2 years later i finally got the body i always wanted but now my parents are telling me that i have a problem and that i shouldn’t eat so much protein because its not good for me. They told me to eat carbs throughout the day but right now i dont really like eating carbs. I don’t know what to do, i know that i should eat more balanced but i don’t want to go back to being fat again. I am really happy with the body i have and i don’t want to lose it. Please help
