'quarantine' period for stomach bugs..should she be ok to come out now?

So my daughter vomited 19 hours ago and 14 hours ago. She hasnt been sick since, no diarrhea, no other symptoms. Has held down a biscuit, a pear, an icecream, chips and water all day and is complaining of being hungry. I am not even sure if what she had was a bug... she ate a lot of junk at her friends house yesterday came home and was sick. I kept her away from the other kids as a precaution. Should she be ok to come out now or should i be safe and keep her away from the others for a while longer? And i know it sounds bad but shes had TV, Nintendo, books and stuff and i keep checking on her.. i just worry about the toddlers getting sick
