Any servers out there?

This may be the complete wrong place to vent but I am a server and I cannot stand how some people think they can act/ talk to you. Technically yes my job is to serve you, but if you do not treat me with respect I’ll give it right back. Some people just run you around just to not even leave a tip. It’s so frustrating. Tips should always be given no matter what, especially if the service was good and nothing went wrong. Some nights at my job just bug me😡🤬
