getting less sleep
I haven't been sleeping well. I've been sleeping wayyyy less than normal. Its got to the point where I have to get up at 4am in the morning for my 8am class...why? Bc idk I really can't explain besides I get more time to get things done so I don't have to rush. But the issue is I go to bed at 2 in the morning sometimes later...which makes me even more tierd than I already am...so....idk what to really do here. my family is also concerned about it to but I can't stop.
*This took me about 5 mins to type bc my brain feels so tierd and sleep deprived that I can't spell.
**I am really OCD/perfectionist..no idk if I really am but yeah
