Pros and cons of soft cups or diva cups??

I have been using tampons for what feels like ever.. the last cycle of af my cramps were in my back so I have been looking into the soft cups to try them. .  I have a diva cup but the insertion was way to hard I tried every way possible.. (no thanks diva cup) I love tampons but I know some say the cotton isn't good tss etc

I’ve used the diva cup for at least two years. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but I would recommend not giving up yet! My sister recently switched and her first couple cycles were a little difficult, it takes some time to adjust to finding the best way to insert it and the best way to remove it.

I bought one and for the $50 I paid I was very disappointed because it doesn't fit it is painful for me, but I really like the idea of it being better for your body and the environment
