I want to do birth control. l weigh 98 pound and do not want to gain weight. which method would u recommend?  pills or injection

Pill. They claim we only gain wt from birth control because it increases our hunger. I was on it 2 yrs til i started gaining wt at age 18 because we r still growing of course we won’t keep our teenage wt.
