HELP?

Anyone know what medicine it's okay to take while pregnant ? I am 20 years old, and I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I just moved to Georgia from Idaho and I have a non stop cough and I'm not sure what I'm able to take

Double check with the pharmacist but I've got a very bad cold and the L&D; doctor told me I could take a DM cough syrup along with Tylenol and use a saline nasal rinse.

Talk to your obgyn. The general rule is no medications etc unless totally necessary, but some are considered ok. She will be able to tell you exactly what is safe to take and what is not.

Same! In everything lol I'm 20 years old and 15 weeks pregnant and Ive had a non stop cough for about two years. Not a smoker. I think I'm allergic to my birds. Benadryl helps me.

This is on my Obgyn’s website so all their patients can just go on and check anytime! If you’re taking other medication call your ob but if not here’s a general good to go guide!

The pregnancy book that my doctor gave me says for a cold you can take tylenol, saline nose spray/rinses, robitussin (no alcohol), or benadryl. For allergies it lists Claritin, Zyrtec, or Allegra.
