Uti and spotting

I didn't go to the doctor, but I believe I have a uti because I had a burning sensation when I peed and I wasn't peeing after sex, but now that I am having ample amounts of cranberry juice I feel a lot better. However, my vagina is still very sore from irritation, but it is getting better. After going to the bathroom, I pressed a little harder and there was a very small amount of blood. I had my period five days ago and suspect that the blood is just the last bit. Thoughts? There wasn't spotting unless I pressed hard.
