I was wondering if anyone has taken these before & did they work? When do I start taken them? Or is there something better out there that will help me get pregnant?

Well prenatal service are supposed to be taken while trying to get pregnant so I would guess those would be as well.

Caps like that generally just have a placebo effect. They make us feel better and relax, which reduced stress and allows our bodies to conceive. My doctor said i could take them if I wanted to, but they don’t actually work. I didn’t bother with them after hearing that. 
Things that will help:
1. You and SO should make sure you’re both practicing health eating and exercise habits. If you are overweight, try losing a few pounds gradually. My doctor told me that losing 5% of my body weight (I was 204 when I had my physical, so about 10 pounds) would help. I was 187 at my first prenatal appointment (about 6 months later) and I lost that 17 pounds by choosing more fruits and veggies over carbs and spending more time outside gardening - I hate exercise.
2. You and your SO should make sure you’re both getting the vitamins you need. Ask him to take a daily multivitamin, and you should start taking a prenatal vitamin if you’re not already doing that. You want that uterus to be a welcoming and habitable place for your LO.
3. Make sure you’re having orgasms after your SO released inside you. Orgasms make your uterus contract and essentially “vacuum up” his sperm to give them a jump start into the uterus. I cannot orgasm during sex. I started masturbating immediately after my SO finished. The first month, I got a BFP, but we lost that pregnancy. The second month of that, I got another BFP, and this one stuck. I’m 18 weeks along now.
4. Drink plenty of water. Nay, drink more water than you want. I drink about 100 ounces of water a day, which is sooo much on some days, but it keeps me hydrated and keeps my cervical mucus nice and thin, which is better for conception. Plus, water is just good for you. If you have a hard time with water, try adding a bit of fruit juice or actual fruit to flavor your water.
5. Keep your stress levels down. If you’re worried about money, balance your budget and cut out any frivolous spending. If you’re worried about a family relationship or friend drama, work on repairing that or cutting out toxic people from your life. Stress hormones are bad for conception. My SO and I were stressed that it wasn’t happening fast enough, and it just made things so much worse. We both got sick and stopped trying for a month when we got our first BFP. That was our sign that we needed to let our bodies do what they were literally made to do.
