Help please??

I just ordered this pills does anyone know when I can start taking them any particular day?? Also already taking Vitex do i continue with Vitex as well 🤷‍♀️😞 any ladies had positive results???

I stopped taking these at the beginning of this month. They were out of stock for several weeks, then before ordering more my reproductive endo and acupuncturist both told me to not take it anymore because Vitex can delay ovulation. I have had 2 term pregnancies(healthy boys) and recently had 2 miscarriages at 6 and 4.5 weeks only 5 months apart. This last MC i was taking this. Also- you need to discontinue Vitex in other forms.
