Leg cramps/pain after IVF stimulation

This is an odd one, but maybe not. Ever since I did my Lurpron trigger last Wednesday I’ve had an achy leg on and off. As of yesterday, Tylenol didn’t help so I ended up going to the ER in case it was a blood clot. After an US, they say it’s not and that all I have are a couple of enlarged lymph nodes in my groin.

Still no explanation and I googled it and it seems some people do complain of it. Pain is mostly in my calf today, but was all over yesterday and even in the thigh at one point.

Anyone experience this?
