Preconception Appointment
My husband and I have been discussing starting our family here in several months. I've heard that going to a preconception appointment is a good idea and I was wondering when I should go. Right before we start trying or a couple of months before we start trying? Also, would it be a good idea for my husband to come too or should I just go?
